Where exactly are the apartments located?+
Across four addresses in Cairo: 28 homes in Downtown Cairo (walkable to Tahrir and the Egyptian Museum), 2 pyramid-view villas in Giza, 2 Nile-view suites inside the St. Regis on the Corniche, and 1 residence at the Hilton Maadi. Each listing shows its exact spot and what's within walking distance.
What are check-in and check-out times?+
It varies slightly by listing: check-in starts after 3:00 pm / after 2:00 pm / after 1:00 pm / after 12:00 pm depending on the home, and checkout runs before 12:00 pm / before 11:00 am. The exact window is written on each listing — early or late is sometimes possible, just message us before booking.
Is breakfast or housekeeping included?+
The St. Regis suites include daily breakfast and butler service. Downtown and Maadi apartments come with weekly housekeeping — daily service is available on request for a small fee.
What amenities can I count on?+
Nearly every home carries Wi-Fi (33 of 33 listings), air conditioning (31), a dedicated workspace (22 — many with an Ethernet connection too), and a proper kitchen with cooking basics. The full amenity list is on each listing, grouped the way you'd actually use them.
What about laundry?+
Some homes have an in-unit washer, and 19 listings note a laundromat nearby — check the amenity list on the listing you're eyeing. Housekeeping can also arrange laundry service on request.
Is parking available?+
25 listings come with free parking on premises, and 6 more with free street parking. The St. Regis and Hilton Maadi are fully serviced hotel buildings with valet and on-site lots; each listing states exactly what it offers.

What's your cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in on all direct bookings. For the St. Regis residences during peak season (December–January), the window is 7 days.
Can I stay long term?+
17 of our 33 listings allow long term stays — message us with your dates and we'll talk rates.
Do you offer airport pickups?+
Yes — a meet-and-greet at Cairo International with a private car can be added to any booking. Your host will arrange it in the chat after you reserve.
Are the buildings safe for solo travelers and families?+
All addresses have 24/7 security and reception. Downtown buildings have keyed elevator access; the St. Regis and Maadi Hilton are fully serviced hotel residences.
What does a stay cost?+
Direct nightly rates currently run from $35 for a Downtown studio to $700 for the St. Regis 3BR Nile-view suite — each listing shows its live rate and calendar.
